Last fall, I have eaten and baked my first Cinnamon Rolls in my life, I loved, these things are so good and perfect for fall season or Christmas. I started to think FALL these last days with the weather a little colder, I baked first fall foods but like it’s again a little summer, I did not want bake completely fall again. I had in mind to bake Cinnamon Rolls but after I had the idea to test Nutella Cinnamon Rolls, I have a Nutella obsession. I tested to bake this recipe and it was just awesome, so good, I love them, I love eating them for breakfast particularly. It’s so good!
Ingredients:
300g Flour.
30g Butter.
30g Sugar.
1 Egg.
12cl Milk.
1/2 Package Backing Yeast.
1 Pinch of salt.
Garnish.
Nutella.
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Spice.
2 Tablespoons Milk.
Icing.
120g Cream Cheese.
100g Icing Sugar.
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla.
Descriptions:
Melted Butter and Sugar with Milk in microwave about 50 seconds.
In a large bowl, mix 150g of Flour and Backing Yeast and Salt. Add Milk, Butter, Sugar mixture in a fillet during mixing. Ad Egg and mix.
Add the rest of Flour in 3 times and pastry the mixture. Let’s cool in the bowl, cover during 1h30.
Spread dough on the counter in a rectangle form.
Spread Nutella on pastry, sprinkle above Cinnamon Spice.
Roll pastry and cut in 8 pieces, place in an appropriate size dish. Cover and let’s cool 30 minutes on the counter.
Preheat oven at 200°C.
Spread Milk on the top some rolls.
Bake 18 minutes at 185°C.
Mix Cream Cheese with Ice Sugar and Vanilla in a medium bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Let’s cool until rolls are cold and apply icing.
