Welcome day 44 of quarantine! Right! I’m sharing a few helpful activities to keep a mental health that you have mental illness or not during quarantine. All these at home activities in the following list have a helpful effect on my mental health. Totally approved!
BINGE WATCHING TV SHOWS & MOVIES MARATHONS
It’s a good time to binge watch the tv shows that you have never had the time or these that you have already watched multiple times.
START PLANNING A NEXT TRIP
You can’t travel outside from home at this moment (but I shared a few ways to travel from home here). But you can starting to planning a next trip even if it’s again hard to booking it in these constantly evolving times. You can start to plan where you want to go, and take the time to research what you want to do,… Starting to planning a trip is really good for the mental health.
CREATE INSPIRATIONAL PINTEREST BOARDS
No productivity, no inspirations these times?! Go on Pinterest and create boards and place what inspire you and make you joy.
ORGANIZE YOUR PHOTOS
Organize your photos in your camera roll, and/or print them. It’s the time to organize your photos before going outside again and take billion of photos.
RIDE VIRTUALLY DURING WRAPPING IN COZY BLANKETS ON THE COUCH
I know! It’s really better to travel in real! But! Sometimes it’s can be exhausting. Ok. It’s what is can be fun in travel! In waiting, to could exhaust you in travel again, take some travel ride virtually during wrapping you in your cozy blankets on the couch. You can’t do it in real that! It’s not the same experience ride a Disneyland attraction in real and virtually but to occupy us in waiting it’s cool.
Coloring can be so good for the mind.
READ A BOOK
If you are able to stay concentrate, take the time to get lost in a book that you always wanted to read.
TAKE A NAP
Take a nap, particularly if you do not sleep good the night.
PLAY A BOARD GAME
Take technology down and play an old board game.
BAKE A CAKE
Bake a cake is pretty good therapeutic I find. Not for me with my eating disorder but some peoples could find a double therapeutic dose to eat it after also.
TO DO SOME LISTS
To do some lists, some lists on what you want to do, of your priorities. To do some lists help to keep going your goals.
If you do not like coloring, drawing. It’s probably an of the best activity for the mental health and anxiety.
TAKE A SIT WITH THE SUN
If you have a backyard and that the weather is sunny where you are. Take a relax sit without to do anything with the sun.
Between two seasons, it’s the perfect time to declutter your wardrobe currently with the Winter stuffs that you could not to use next Winter, and look on the Summer things that you have and you want to keep. And maybe to do a list of things that you need this season.
What is you favorite activity during quarantine? Now, in this situation and if someone can explain me why a lot of peoples told to do a lot of fun projects for the day after the quarantine. In France, this day is the May 12, but not a lot of things could open back. So why? These peoples done all these projects for the day just after the quarantine! I start to be angry when I see someone told about these projects. I have projects also but not all for the day after the quarantine. Thanks for reading!
