Red, Blue, White Cupcakes

In the honor of the 4th July today, I was in the mood to share some red, blue, white photography. I love to do something special at each USA holiday, I try to add a little of the history in the day also to learn new things about the country. These red, blue, white cupcakes photography are some of my favorite food photos that I took recently and the cupcakes are so good! These are some simple vanilla cupcakes with vanilla cream frosting, with raspberry and blueberry on the top. So simple! And fun! I share the recipe of these cupcakes below the photos if you are interested! Happy Independence Day to America! On the side, I could celebrate the independence day of my own country on 14h July.


110g butter.
115g sugar.
2 large eggs.
100g flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preheat oven at 215°C. Place cupcakes liners in the cupcakes pan. Set aside.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder. Add butter and eggs, and vanilla extract, mix well until a smooth texture.
Take a tablespoon and add each time two spoons of mixture inside each cupcakes liner.
Bake the cupcakes 5 minutes at 215°C, and reduce the temperature at 180°C during 16 minutes.
Let cool on the counter before applying the frosting. Decorate on the top!

Between today and 14th July (Bastille day in France), I will be obsessed with the colors red, blue, white like France has these colors also. Have an amazing day America!
