May Movies Review

Hi friends!

It’s may movies review.

I did not watched a lot of movies in may by the way fortunately that when in the beginning of the year I launched the goal of watch more movies, I fixed me that sundays nights is movie time if not I will not even have watched 4 movies this month because I was so much busy with some tv shows marathons. So, I watched 4 movies this month, I have all more or less liked them. I watched three movies by Netflix this month.

Lets’ see this movies review.

Look Who’s Talking Too. I watched a couple of month ago Look Who’s Talking and I loved this movie, this month I watched Look Who’s Talking Too and I loved TOO. These are some so cute, funny movies. A side the babies life and the other adults life.

Casper. This was my first time that I watched it this month, ok, I cannot tell that I loved it but I cannot tell that I don’t liked. This is a cute gosht movie, I think if I watch it around Halloween I will better loved him.

Paddington 2. I watched Paddington 1 in January, I loved this movie when I saw that a n°2 released in dvd, I told me that I would like watch it and the other day when I saw the dvd in a store where I was I bought and few times after I watched it and I love it much that the first movie. This bear is so cute, I loved the story and how the movie has been written. I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

Fun Mom Dinner. I loved this movie. I watched it on sunday night because in France sunday it was mother’s day and I wanted watching a movie about moms on this day. This movie is so fun and cool. I loved it because that’s show that a mom can not be only a mom with his kids but also to living her life of women and go out with her friends sometimes. I found important for a mom to live her life of women for to be able to take care of his kids.

These are the movies that I watched in may. Please, I wanted to ask you if you know any movies with mental health subject inside? I already watched Silver Linings Playbook. Have you any other ideas? Please, if you have let’s me know it in comment.

  1. Silver Linings Playbook is a great movie! I wish Netflix had this movie so I can watch it again. I don’t have a lot of suggestions for movies relating to mental health and they may not be all to your liking or it depends what subjects you are looking for, but I am going to give it a go. ‘Girl Interrupted’ (One of my FAVORITE movies) ‘A Beautiful Mind’ (Russel Crow – Great actor) ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoos nest’ (old, but a true classic) ‘Shutter Island’ ‘Fight Club’ (Another Fav!) ‘Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ ‘Psycho’ (another classic) ‘Memento’ ‘What’s Eating Gilbert Grape’ (Young Johnny Depp and Leonardo DiCaprio can’t go wrong) ‘Rain Man’ ‘Donnie Darko’ ‘It’s Kind Of A Funny Story’ and I have more suggestions if you need more. I watch a lot of movies and mental health definitely interests me. I highly recommend Girl Interrupted and Donnie Darko if you haven’t seen these movies yet they are among my favs. 🙂
’13 Reasons Why’ is a great show that is a netflix original series. If you have netflix I highly recommend this series. Though it is very traumatic and hard to watch, it is very good for our time right now. We need to talk more and do more for those that are living with mental illnesses, are victims of bullying or traumatic things like sexual assault etc. The show caused a lot of controversy but we need to start these kind of discussions and help our youth. I think that was the point of the show to at least start a conversation and try to end the stigma of mental health.

    • Thank you so much for your comment. You left me a lot of ideas, thank you so much, I write all your ideas in my movies list to watch! It’s kind of a funny story, I know it, it’s a good movie I found also, I love it! Thank you again for all these suggestions. Take care of you!

  2. Wait….I also highly suggest It’s KInd Of A Funny story too. I forgot to put that in my comment. My bad, but it’s is a really good movie. It’s about mental health, but it touches on it in a more lighter sense so it is not so dark or traumatic to watch. Out of all of them I would actually suggest this one first and foremost
