March Box Review

Let’s sharing the review of my March box. I’m a bit delay for sharing it because I failed! My book of the month of March, I finished to read it yesterday, not in March. Well! I started good to read it in the early of March, but between in March aside I read some books related to my Complex PTSD and like I’m not a big reader all together I took delay for my March book. Right! I’m pretty happy to have managed to finish read it yesterday because with my current mental health, I could have took longer. Right! It’s a fail and a success in the same time!

Book Title: The Ride Of A Lifetime: Lessons Learned from 15 years as CEO of the Walt Disney Company

Author: Robert Iger

Original Summary:

#1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER. A memoir of leadership and success: The executive chairman of Disney, Time’s 2019 businessperson of the year, shares the ideas and values he embraced during his fifteen years as CEO while reinventing one of the world’s most beloved companies and inspiring the people who bring the magic to life.

My Opinion:

Right! Above I told that I finished to read the book only yesterday because I read Complex PTSD books aside, but there is another reason. I took longer to read it is because the book that I chosen to read was in English. When I launched myself the challenge of the monthly box with one book to read by month, I chosen to pick up some books in French. Because the French is my native language so I read faster in French, because I’m always learning the English language and read some books in English I read slowly. But! I was really interest and in the mood to read the book writing by Bog Iger CEO of the Walt Disney Company, I looked on it since a few months and just because I wanted to read something about Disney in waiting that Disneyland Paris is reopening. The book was not translated in French at the moment when I bought it. Right! I chosen to pick up it in English and made the challenge to read in English.

The Ride Of A Lifetime is a memoir of Bob Iger as CEO of the Walt Disney Company. This is the first time that I read a memoir kind of book! I looked on it since a few times. Because even if the one and a half past year I went often to Disneyland Paris when it was opens, before that I didn’t know about the Disney universe and slowly with each trip that I was doing, it’s interested me more. I took advantage of this without end second Disneyland Paris closure because of the Covid to learn more about Disney in general. And I thought that pick up this book could be a good idea to learn more. Why, I chosen the book even if it was in English!

Through the Bob Iger memoir, I learned a lot about Disney and Disney business. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand all this business side, in more in English language. You learn more about Bob life and career in general and how he has worked to make the Walt Disney Company what it is today. It’s totally crazy! I recommend this book to all the Disney fans who have the want to learn more about the Disney business and about the Walt Disney Company. I loved learn more about it!

Products Name: Instant Cocooning – Nocibé

For What Use: Hands and Feet

Right! After two months to have tried new beauty products, in March I wanted something of really really simple. I found this kit called Instant Cocooning with one hand and one hand feet hydrating mask, with one hand cream also. I thought that it was just the right thing for a simple thing! The hand cream, I knew it already because I got it in my Advent Calendar in December, I loved it but because I didn’t need it right now, so I decided don’t use it, and I placed it aside like it’s a small size to bring it with me on travel rather.

I used the hands and feet masks and it was simple fun to do. It’s hydrate pretty good! And it was simple to do! I was clearly not in the mood to try some real beauty products this month because I have a hard time with my eczema because of my mental health and it’s pretty hard to try new things in this case. Because I’m afraid that it’s could increase it! Right! That wraps this March box review!
