Marble Cake

I love baking Marble cake during the winter season. This cake gives me all the cozy feelings! It’s my number one on my favorites list to bake during winter season. This weekend, I had finally the space to bake a cake for the first time in the new house. It was at three weeks without to bake a cake or cupcakes with the moving and house renovation. On friday, I had finally a space in the kitchen with a finally working oven to bake my first cake in the new house. Always in the winter season and it was rainy, it was a real evidence for me to bake my marble cake in the first time! I use for this first time in the same occasion my new stand mixer that I had at Christmas. I did not use it before, I waited to be in the new house for use it. I love it it was cool! I love this marble cake, so cozy, good, easy, fluffy, I love to accompany it with a hot cocoa.

3 Eggs
200g Flour
125g Butter – softened
100g Sugar Powder
5g Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Milk
30g Chocolate Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla



Preheat oven at 180°C.
Whisk together in a medium bowl, sugar, eggs, butter – softened, baking powder, milk, vanilla. Add at the final the flour.
Separate half of the mixture in another bowl. Add the chocolate powder.
Place alternatively a teaspoon of each mixture bowl in the pan, with a knife to do swirl in the mixture.
Bake about 35-45 minutes depending of your oven or until a pick go out clean. Let’s cool!
