Lemon Bread

I love this Lemon Bread, it’s soft, simple for accompanied of a tea. Just Enjoy it.


For Bread:

230g Flour
153g Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
52g Cream Cheese – melted
110g Butter – melted

2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice


100g Powder Sugar

1-1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice



For bread:

First step, Preheat your oven to 175°C.

Mix 150g Flour, Sugar in a large bowl add Baking Powder.

Add Eggs, one by one then Add Cream Cheese (melted) mix all with energy.

Add Butter at mixture.
You can Add the rest of Flour.

Finish with add the Lemon Juice.

Transfer the mixture into the pan and bake inside oven during 40-60 mins in function of your oven.

Let’s cool.


For Frosting:


Mix Powder Sugar and Lemon Juice with a hand batter.

Decorate the cake with the frosting on a cooled Cake.
