I’m in a time where I search to eat fruits and I thinking that drink fruits under milkshake form is a good alternative.
Tip: I measure the milk with the glass where I am going to drink.
This recipe is for 1 big glass, double doses ingredients if you want more.
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Take the glass where you serve the milkshake at the end. Put milk until the glass is full.
Put milk in the food processor, peeled and cutting in pieces banana, add in food processor and finish by add vanilla extract.
Mix all well during 1 mins and put in the glass.
