Friday, I had cook my first fall bread it was this Apple Cinnamon Bread and I love it so much.


230 g Flour

140 g Sugar

5 g Baking powder

1 Sliced Apple

2 Eggs

1 Petit Suisse

85 g Butter

85 g  Applesauce

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

TOTAL ≈ 215 Kcal / 1 Slice

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Mix 150 g Flour with sugar, baking powder.

Mix and Add Applesauce, butter and Petit Suisse.

Add Eggs and the rest of Flour. Add Sliced Apple and Cinnamon.

40 minutes in oven.
